Responsibilities:

• To study the drawing and customer requirement. Communicate with customer if any deviation and change required.
• Checking 2D drawing & 3D model
• To prepare die layout
• To select machine tonnage as per requirement.
• Shot model preperation.
• Core & cavity splitting.
• 2D & 3D tool design preparation.
• To prepare Bill of Material.
• CFT meetings for repeat tools.
• To ensure component casting and machining drawing release at shop floor.
• To study the drawing requirements & Prepared Technical feasibility.
• To maintain 5S in department.
• Ideas providing for improvement/Kaizen/UC,UA,NM

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma Engineering
• Min. 7 Years

Skills:

• Knowledge of CAD software.
• Knowledge of HPDC tool design.
• Knowledge of simulation result interpretation.
• Knowledge of design calculations.
• Knowledge of drawings studies and GD&T.
• Knowledge of Technical feasibility preperation
• Awareness of system related documents like IATF, ISO.
