Responsibilities:

• To ensure on time response of New & Repeat Dies.
• Daily Review of Die Readiness & dispatch
• Daily Review of tool manufacturing activity
• To ensure timely correction of die
• To ensure all BOP & Die Part should be available before Die Rediness target.
• To ensure handover die spare parts to production with die handovar.
• Responsible to provide the monthly MRM data on time.
• Authrised to Assembed & dis-Assemble the die in ERP.
• Responsible to move the die from WIP to Active in ERP with the help of Design & IT.
• Authorised to sanction leave of the their group member .
• Authorised for BOM punch
• Die correction on time

Qualification:

• Dip/ B. Tech
• Min. 6-8 Years

Skills:

• Knowledge of Vmc programming
• Knowledge of GD&Tolerance
• Knowlege of inspection and measurement
• Knowledge Of Saftey first and quality Must
• Having Knowlede of 3D Scanning
• Knowledge of ERP
• Time management
• Hpdc M/c and process
