Job description

  • Developing a thorough understanding of key client needs & requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the design, Quality, sales, logistics departments to ensure that Client needs & queries are met on time.
  • Prepare regular reports of performance, Business growth and customer issues.
  • Responsible for adherence of client deadlines and commitments
  • Responsible for interaction with internal team for suggestion and discussing improvements points to be taken up with customer
  • Responsible for all activities associated with assigned customer including Launch Meeting, sample and SOP alignment
  • Responsible for maintaining open points related to assigned Customer Group
  • Responsible for making required MIS related to assigned Job
  • Responsible for Increasing Total sales for assigned Customer Group
  • Responsible for adding new business and increase SOB with customers in assigned region
  • Responsible for adding new customer and parts in assigned Customer Group
  • Responsible for assigning Job to subordinates and monitoring their performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining complete data for assigned Customer Group

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Qualification : BE/MBA

Experience: 5- 8 Years

  • In-depth Industry Knowledge
  • Strong Analytical skills having command on statistics and MS office tools
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Accountability

  • Accountable for searching new opportunity with client to increase business share in both existing and new sector.
  • Accountable for sharing timely quotations and converting the RFQs in profitable business deal.
  • Accountable for participating in costing negotiations and bidding process for getting new business
  • Accountable for sharing updated technology and new practices which are getting started in company
  • Accountable for adhering commercial contracts like NL,T&C,LME settlement, Tooling Payments etc.
  • Accountable for all activities related to assigned customers.
  • Accountable for attending meeting with clients for issues like commercial and technical discussion
