Job description

• Responsible for getting monthly schedules,6 month forecast for its review and confirmation to Domestic customer
• Responsible for getting Domestic customers ratings
• Responsible for Updating ERP system for schedule, PO's ,customer address etc.
• Day to Day communication with customer for their routine/ daily queries
• Responsible to review dispatch reports Actual Vs Plan
• Responsible for delivery of material to customer as per their schedules and co-ordination for smooth customers line operations
• Responsible for maintaining FG & VMI inventory as per customer requirement
• Responsible for Maintaining Domestic customers office records( internal & external )
• Responsible for ensuring Correct PO at Correct Qtr Price for Domestic customers
• Material Follow-up & internal co-ordination with PPC for Domestic customers
• Access the Customers portals and review & download the daily /weekly schedules and communicate with PPC
• Responsible for maintaining Open Query Sheet

Essential Skills

Experience: 2- 3yrs

• Good English Communication Skills
• Customer Handling
• MS-Office.
• Strategic Planning
• Experience of Handling Customer Portal
• Experienced with Domestic warehouse and inventory management
