Job Description:

• To study the drawing & make open points
• All process selection for part as per drawing during RFQ for Intial costing.
• To conduct die tonnage calculation & select die casting machine
• To review customer 3D model & make open points
• To make enquiry sheet in ERP
• To compare the drawing during drawing change
• To make die layout during pre feasibility
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time
• Protection of desktop, hard copy of information and other associated Assets
• ISO5000 EnMS - Energy Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Practice and follow energy conservation as per EnMS SOPs
• EnMS improvement by generating Kaizen ideas

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of drawing and 3D model.

• Knowledge of 3D software

• Knowledge of GDC & LPDC casting process & allied process.

• Knowledge of GD & T

• Knowledge of die tooling concept

• Knowledge of ERP

• Good communication skill

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma Engineering

• Experience - 7 yrs Min
