• Knowledge of VMC & CNC Programing
• Knowledge of cutting tool.
• Knowledge of fixture.
• 6 ~ 8 Years+
• Knowledge of SPM
• Knowledge of Assembly process.
• Knowledge of ERP

Essential Skills:

• 4-Knowledge of Leak testing.
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Responsibility, Authority
• To Conduct Machining and allied process trials & prove out for New part.
• To check Fixture repeatability & share trial report
• To identify improvement in fixtures if required.
• To conduct the VMC, leak test Fixture/ Leak test Machine/ Assy M/C Verification & Validation.
• To Study Reports & make corrections to prove out OK Part & capable Process.
• To make Sample Readiness i.e. OTS, PPAP for Machining, Leak Test, Washing, Assembly.
• To ensure shift wise prod. booking of NPD parts.
• To optimize the cycle time.
• To Stabilize the process for Mass Production.
• To make readiness of PPAP Audit for machining and its allied process.
• To align Packaging of Ok parts with Packaging Team.
• To Make inventory on a monthly & quarterly basis of NPD parts.
• To arrange the training regarding the new developed part & process.
• To Handover the part to production after sign off by auth. Person.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech
• Experience - 8 - 10 yrs
