Job Description:

• To prepare the APQP / PPAP documents (75 no. approx.) such as PFD, PFMEA, CP, Multiple, Setup & In process Insp., Related Process W.I. Etc.
• To follow up with QA for Gauges, Relation Gauge, & CMM Fixtures.
• To follow up with QA for OTS & PPAP batch reports& documents such that Casting & Machining layout, SPC, MSA, List of Checking Aids, etc.
• To Issue Documents to all shop floor in coordination with Unit wise Representative.
• To Maintain all the Documents in Development.
• To update ECN related Documents.
• Input to Open BOP / Part code in ERP for New Part.
• Input to Open Process Sheet & Job Card in ERP for New Part.
• OTS & PSW Entry in ERP
• To prepare BOP parts BOM.
• To align making Sample Bin for Internal Material Handing in coordination with PPC, Purchase & Supplier.
• To align making Packaging BOM by understanding Customer Requirement in coordination with PL, Purchase & Supplier.
• To Coordinate Packaging of Ok sample parts with Unitwise team
• To coordinate PPAP documents for Repeat dies parts parts with Unitwise team.
• Documents review & update as per QM system requirements .
• To collect Trials Reports for various Audits.
• ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time
• Protection of desktop, hard copy of information and other associated Assets
• ISO5000 EnMS - Energy Management System Related Resp. & Authority.
• Practice and follow energy conservation as per EnMS SOPs
• Co-ordination with internal team for sample readiness.
• Co-ordination with internal team for quality documentation related activity.
• Co-ordination with internal team for Sample dispatch from Respective Units.

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Drawing & Feasibility Review
• Knowledge of Process Design & all production Process
• Knowledge of APQP & PPAP
• Knowledge of ERP

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech
• Experience - 3-5yrs
