Job Description:

• To get the go ahead from Marketing Deptt./ Engineering HOD for the Development of new product.
• To study customer requirement for New Product.
• To review & agreement of Tech. Feasb. (DFM) with Customer.
• To make the development plan of new product and submit to customer.
• To monitor the progress of Project & weekly update to customer.
• To submit IMDS.
• Submission of PPAP Doc. & take their approval from Customer for New, ECN & Repeat dies parts.
• To monitor the progress of ECN & weekly update to customer.
• Arrange OTS /PPAP/ECN/ Repeat dies Samples submission to customer as per requirement.
• To make entry of budget in ERP for New Project as per Quoted RFQ.
• Attend Various Audits IATF / Customer system / PPAP Audits
• To Review APQP / PPAP documents such as PFD, PFMEA, CP, Multiple, Setup & In process Insp., Related W.I. Etc.
• Support to internal team to freeze Quality agreement with customer
• Support to internal team for getting in case any deviation from customer.
• Internal trials planning.
• Arrange information about Customer Assy to identify inhouse Process criticality and its control.
• Lesson learnt updation & Training arrangement to concerned people.
• Coordination with customer and internal team for Repeat tool Approval activity

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of Drawing & Feasibility Review
• Knowledge of Process Design & all production Process
• Knowledge of APQP & PPAP
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Knowledge of Systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Knowledge of Process Validation & Control
• Knowledge of ERP

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech
• Experience- 6 to 7 yrs
