Job Description:

• Hands on experience of conducting pre-feasibility (RFQ) of new part
• Conduct of technical feasibility, considering all product requirements and govt. regulations
• Should have Hands on experience of HPDC, LPDC, GDC or Injection moulding process
• Hands on experience of machine process and die manufacturing processes
• Hands on experience of cutting tool and cutting parameters
• Hands on experience of VMC programming and conventional machining
• Should have experience in die casting assembly
• Experience in Die correcting
• Experience in tool manufacturing and correction
• Should have experience in tool trial
• Hands on experience of drawing studies and GD&T
• Hands on experience of 2D and 3D modelling

Qualifications:

Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech

Experience – 2yrs – 12yrs
